About Us

The founder of St. Louis Gift Baskets has been in the industry for more than 20 years. She is a nurse who loves creating things. Interior design is a passion of hers and she has always been interested in decorating things. Her biggest inspiration came to her on her wedding day when she received a gift basket with some flowers, bread, cheese, and a table cloth. It was the only gift from her wedding day that she still remembers.

The wedding gift inspired her to make a basket of her own. She thought the idea of it was really cool and it allowed her to bring out her creative nature. She made her first basket in her basement and fell in love with the process. Eventually, she tried her hand at retail, but eventually went back to creating them in her basement. She has been providing basket design services for people and companies throughout the Wildwood, Missouri, area ever since.
